Executive Search Strategy


  1. 3s Solution does a mandate search on candidates with specific skill sets and expertise levels based on very specific criteria laid down by the client. To serve the client well requirements are studied in depth that includes the specifications for positions and compensation packages are elaborated.
  2. 3s Solution prefer to get into a Non Disclosure agreement with the client. It means candidates are identified from specific companies, and profile is discussed with them without revealing the name of the client.
  3. Interested candidates are profiled and interviewed by our team members. Short listed candidates are then presented to the client with our specific comments and observations.
  4. Co-ordination between the client and candidates is handled by us till the candidate joins the client.

Pre-employment Screening

This includes

Residence Check: Investigator visits address provided by candidate to authenticate the information.
Reference Check: (Professional/ Personal)
Credentials Check: Candidate s Educational Institute is approached to verify Degrees, Qualifications and other claims regarding education.
Work Experience Check: Previous Employer is contacted to verify Experience claims made by the employee (Can be discreet / non-discreet depending on the nature of the case).
Criminal Background Check: Investigator contacts local police station to verify candidate s credentials. Also existing judiciary databases are checked for any criminal cases registered in the name of the employee.
